Kent Senior Choirs: Summer 2014
In July 2014 the Kent Youth Singers and Kent Youth Choir came together for their summer residential course at Benenden School with conductors Ciara Considine and Ben Rous. The choirs were also involved in a master class with Scott Farrell who worked with them on the Five Negro Spirituals for the performance on the final evening which was of an excellent standard and featured four soloists from the Kent Youth Choir; Georgina Pugh, Rebecca Murrell, Robin Legg and Sam Butler. The ethos on the course was excellent and the choirs really enjoyed the social and musical environment that Benenden provides.
