Medway Towns Music Centre
Medway Towns Music Centre opened its doors again on Thursday and Saturday this week after the Summer break to welcome even more students to the already popular ensembles that run each week. The ensembles were back in action and there was an air of excitement and buzz as new music appeared that had been purchased over the Summer. New and exciting music has been one of the key reasons that players attend these ensembles and the spending of almost £1000 on music alone recently has meant that this year is no different.
The groups have a very active term ahead including five different concerts in different venues including Boxley Church on the 18th October, The Mote Hall on the 22nd November, Thorndyke Arts Centre on the 4th December and two concerts on the 6th December at Fort Pitt Grammar School. Very busy diary for a local music centre!
