Join us online and hear Jane Werry speak about the new Model Music Curriculum and how this could be used to support teachers of music in secondary schools.

Jane will cover:

• What the Model Music Curriculum is

• How the Model Music Curriculum could be used to support planning of a secondary school’s music curriculum

• What makes a good music curriculum – what should be in place in secondary schools

There will also be opportunity for you to ask any questions.

Jane is Director of Music at Hayes School in Bromley. Jane is a member of TeachTalk:Music, and is also a frequent contributor to Music Teacher magazine. She is one of the authors of Teaching Music: Practical Strategies for KS3 (Rhinegold Education, 2013).
