Get creative with your voice
Voice Explorers is a fun, practical group for young people who want to grow their voice, confidence and musicianship in creative ways. Sessions use rhythm games, improvising, harmony work, vocal exercises and simple songwriting to explore how music and your voice work together. You’ll look at chords, patterns and notation through movement and sound, learning by doing!
Each week you’ll add to your vocal toolkit, building performance skills, listening, presentation and collaboration. It’s particularly helpful for singers, performers and young people interested in drama or songwriting. The group supports progression into opportunities such as Kent Youth Choir and Folkestone Music Lab. It follows on from Folkestone Junior Choir – join both groups for no extra cost.
