Kent Music’s response to COVID 19

Receive up to half a term free for new music centre members!

A fun music group for young musicians in school years 4-8, open to all instrumentalists, teaching essential ensemble playing skills as well introducing creativity, improvisation and singing. Most importantly it will be fun, allowing your child to make new friends and explore their musical interests!

Music Explorers is the ideal next step for those who have been learning their instrument for a year or more, either through whole class, small group or individual tuition, or who are self-taught, and between beginner and Grade 2 standard (or equivalent).

All instruments welcome including violin, keyboard, ukulele, guitar and recorder.

Receive up to half a term free for new music centre members!

After your free half a term, centre membership fees will apply. This is £45 a full term (£22.50 for half a term). This fee includes membership of all groups at Thanet Music Centre, and all other Music Centres across Kent.

A 10% discount applies to membership if you are currently receiving instrumental tuition through Kent Music. Financial Assistance is available to those who meet a specific criteria, taking the fee to £11.25 for the term. Find out more.

Instruments will be made available free of charge to those without their own, for the summer term.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements before attending the group.

From September, instruments are available to hire from Kent Music.  Instruments can also be provided through our Financial Assistance Scheme, for those that qualify.
