Stephanie Jarvis

Stephanie Jarvis is a music educator who served as a Lead Teacher for Music for Advisory Services Kent, supporting primary and secondary schools in the Swanley area for many years. She specialises in woodwind instruments, directing large-scale choirs and instrumental concerts at various venues including One With Grace, Dartford, Mick Jagger Dartford, The Stag Theatre, Sevenoaks and The Orchard Theatre, Dartford.

As a music representative at the local schools music forum, Stephanie supports music across many schools and currently runs the Hextable Wind Band and Hextable Training Band. She has taken schools to the Gravesham Recorder Festival and the Gravesham Chorale Festival.

With Kent Music, Stephanie has been a Project Co-Ordinator of the Benenden Experience Day since 2011 which gives 70 plus primary school children the opportunity to experience a day at Benenden during the Kent Music Summer School. They rehearse, swim and perform in the schools Concert Hall. Her new venture sees her directing the West Kent Junior Wind Band in Sevenoaks on a weekly basis.

Stephanie is proud to have sung at The Royal Opera House and is a member of Dartford Concert Band.
