My love of music started at an early age with training in classical woodwind. As an adult, I have continued to play the flute, guitar and piano and my professional involvement with music was as a venue and event manager in London. I am currently pursuing a PhD in nature-connectedness and experience design, which has a soundscape / performance element. I’m a huge Kate Bush and Depeche Mode fan, so they are always on rotation. I’m currently loving Jane Weaver, Little Simz, Kae Tempest, Self Esteem and Katy J Pearson but any music with a good groove gets my attention. My favourite place in Kent & Medway - too many to mention them all here. Sissinghurst Castle, Rochester Cathedral and Folkestone Harbour would probably be my top three.
