Teaching Vacancies

Salaried Woodwind Teacher – Ashford & Tenterden

£24,400 – £29,705 plus a pension contribution of up to 3% of salary (0.4 FTE minimum requirement)

Kent Music is seeking a dynamic and committed Woodwind teacher for the Tenterden & Ashford area. We are looking for diverse candidates who can provide high quality and inclusive music tuition to children, young people, and adults across Kent in one to one, small group and whole-class settings. This role will include teaching established whole class instrumental projects, continuation groups and one-to-one lessons in the Dartford & Gravesham area.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in, or willingness to undergo training to deliver whole class Woodwind teaching.
  • Be willing to work with Kent Music and local schools to build tuition in the Tenterden & Ashford areas.
  • Be available to teach at the Ashford Music Centre on a Wednesday evening between the hours of 4-7.30pm.

Kent Music is seeking a dynamic and committed Guitar teacher for the Dartford & Gravesham area. We are looking for diverse candidates who can provide high quality and inclusive music tuition to children, young people, and adults across Kent in one to one, small group and whole-class settings. This role will include teaching at various schools and the Gravesham Music Centre in Gravesend.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be available to deliver 121 & small group lessons at the Gravesham Music Centre on a Wednesday evening between the hours of 4-8pm (term time).
  • Have experience in, or willingness to undergo training to deliver whole class guitar/ukulele teaching.
