Kent County Junior Singers and Kent County Junior Choir Spring Course

The Kent County Junior Singers and Kent County Junior Choir have had a successful term, welcoming in many new members from across the county who took advantage of the regular ‘try-out’ days for the choirs. KCJC and KCJS joined the senior choirs and the Kent County Wind Orchestra at the Colyer-Fergusson Hall in Canterbury for a sell-out concert on Saturday 2nd April.

KCJC were conducted by Andy Millest and Ciara Considine, and KCJS by Karen Hill; both choirs sang music set around a maritime/nautical theme. All singers then joined the senior County Groups for the chorus of Rule Britannia, for a rousing finish to an excellent performance!

If you know of keen singers aged 8 – 14 who are interested in joining the Kent County Junior Choirs, please contact the choirs’ manager, Liz Samson, for more information (esamson@kent-music.com)
